• Applies to orders at standard distributor discounts (not when additional discounts are applied)
• Applies only to shipments where Lista selects and routes the freight carrier
• Applies to shipments in the continental US, Canada and Mexico
o Includes customs fee and duties on shipments to Canada
o Does not include customs costs on shipments to Mexico, but does include cost of freight to the Mexico border
o For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, offer applies to continental US port only; customer is responsible for shipping costs from continental US port to final destination
• An additional $125 fee applies if a lift gate or residential delivery is required
